1. Information We DO NOT Collect (Crucial): The Twilio Power Dialer Pro is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, store, or have access to your:

• Twilio Account SID

• Twilio Auth Token

• Private Phone Numbers or Contact Lists

• Call Recordings or Audio Data

• SMS Message Content

All of this data is stored locally within your Chrome browser's secure storage (chrome.storage.local) and is communicated directly between your browser and Twilio's API. This data never touches AdSkymedia's servers.

2. Information We Collect We only collect the minimum amount of data required to provide and manage your subscription:

• Email Address & Payment Data: When you purchase a subscription, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy/Stripe) collects your email and payment details to process transactions and generate your License Key.

• License Key & Device ID: When you activate the software, we momentarily verify your License Key and a randomly generated, anonymous Device ID with our licensing API to ensure your subscription is active and prevent abuse. No personal identifying information is transmitted during this check.

3. Third-Party Services We utilize third-party services to facilitate our operations:

• Twilio: Used by the user to facilitate calls and texts. Please refer to Twilio's Privacy Policy.

• Lemon Squeezy / Stripe: Used for payment processing and subscription management.
