These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdSkymedia website, marketing services, and the Twilio Power Dialer Pro Chrome Extension (the "Software"). By using our Software or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service The Twilio Power Dialer Pro is a browser-based extension that allows users to connect their own Twilio accounts to make calls and send SMS messages. AdSkymedia acts solely as the software provider interface and is not responsible for the telecommunications infrastructure or usage fees incurred through Twilio.

2. User Responsibilities & Account Security: Users are required to provide their own Twilio credentials (Account SID and Auth Token). AdSkymedia does not store, host, or transmit your Twilio credentials to our servers; they are stored locally on your own device. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Twilio credentials and for all activities and costs associated with your Twilio account.

3. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Software for any unlawful telemarketing, robocalling, spamming, or harassment. You must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding cold calling, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States and applicable Do Not Call registries. AdSkymedia is not liable for any legal infractions committed by users.

4. Subscriptions and Payments: The Twilio Power Dialer Pro operates on a subscription model processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (or Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing based on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing portal.

5. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AdSkymedia, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Software or Twilio services.
